Get Past Your Mistakes!

In Matthew 26:69-75, Jesus’ disciple Peter denied his relationship with Christ three times in a row.

Later on, however, Christ appeared to His disciples after rising from the grave and Peter was the first to run to Him. He didn’t let his past shortcomings keep him from Christ.

Have you struggled over and over with the same sin? Maybe you tried to do what was right, but you still failed?

In such cases, it never helps to condemn yourself. Only through repentance and prayer can we be forgiven and receive power from God to overcome our weaknesses.

You don’t have to feel like a prisoner to your sin. Jesus came to set you free. Through a close relationship with Him, His Holy Spirit will give you the power to do what’s right.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭32:1‬ ‭NIV‬‬
Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.
